If you have questions about a load or need assistance, your first point of contact should always be your assigned Buchanan Logistics Carrier Sales Specialist. They can help with load details, appointment updates, communication, and most day-to-day transportation questions.

• If you need additional assistance, you can contact our Carrier Support team by emailing carrierinquiry@buchananlogistics.com.
• To submit an invoice, log in to the Buchanan Carrier Portal and upload your paperwork. If you have opted out of using the portal, invoices should be emailed to BCNL@buchananlogistics.com.
