CUSTOMER ON-BOARDING

  • Accounts are managed by a direct contact and backed up by our inter-department sales teams so that we can be as responsive and knowledgeable as possible.
  • Once we have Customer contact info and A/P info all else that is required is clearance through our Credit department and we are ready to do business.
  • Our Account Managers utilize our internal as well as 3rd-party market pricing software to handle all bidding and RFQs to make sure our customers are getting the most accurate, and timely, information possible.
  • Our Account Manager’s primary focus is Quality Service, once a load is accepted we handle the rest so that our Customers can focus on their obligations.
