How do I track a load shipment?

For load security, there is not a public self-service shipment tracking portal where customers can enter a load number or reference number to track a shipment. If you currently have the credentials to log into the Buchanan Portal, you may utilize the tracking from there.

Otherwise, you can contact your assigned Buchanan Logistics Account Manager or logistics representative, who can provide the current shipment status and updates using Buchanan's freight tracking systems.
