For security and customer privacy, Buchanan Logistics does not offer a public shipment tracking page where anyone can enter a load or reference number to view shipment information. Customers with authorized access to the Buchanan Portal can log in to view available shipment tracking details.

If you do not have portal access, simply contact your assigned Buchanan Logistics Account Manager or logistics representative. They can provide the latest shipment status, freight updates, and real time tracking information using Buchanan's freight visibility and transportation management systems.
